so i was gonna switch authenticator apps so went into my account and hit deactivate and it said that it deactivated so i deleted it from my old authenticator app and when i tried to add a new app it refreshed and says that 2fa is enabled but it didnt give me a setup key or anything and now i cant hit deactivate even with the backup codes it just does nothing when after i enter my password and a backup code and i cant sign in on other devices with the backup code either it doesnt say "invalid backup code" or anything it just does nothing when i hit sign in or deactivate
