I have noticed that after any sounds are made within the browser a white noise/ static can be heard for about 30 seconds after the initial sound. This issue also happens when I open YouTube for whatever reason. This only occurs when listening on my T.V. speakers and not when using my headphones. I have seen on reddit that some others have had similar issue but there were no solutions I could find.
