<![CDATA[Where to place the speeddial.ini file in Opera 12.16 on Windows 7 64bit ?]]>Previously I was using Windows XP and now I've Windows 7 64bit

I have my old file speeddial.ini with my precious links but I'm not able to understand where to place it on Windows 7 64bit

]]>https://forums.opera.com/post/59061https://forums.opera.com/post/59061Sun, 23 Nov 2014 22:22:41 GMT<![CDATA[Reply to Where to place the speeddial.ini file in Opera 12.16 on Windows 7 64bit ? on Tue, 04 Feb 2014 11:58:51 GMT]]>Nevertheless, if you are not running a multi-user environment and are the only one using Opera on that system I would always recommend a "portable install" - those placing the profile folder within Operas own directory (But maybe that is only me, as I am used to backup my system partition via Acronis and always writing back those images before any major updates/system changes and/or after playing around with the system and getting rid of any uninstall left-overs - those I prefer my Data to reside on another partition as I would otherwise lose the changes that where made compared to the content of the image. And of course it also helps in migrating to a new system as one only has to copy the Opera folder over to the new one (Windows only I assume)).
