<![CDATA[Opera cannot upgrade]]>Hi!

I'm using Opera on Windows 10, version 109.0.5097.45.

For some time now, the program has been unsuccessfully trying to upgrade to version 109.0.5097.68. I click on the button to restart and upgrade, but the version remains the same each time.

I tried taking the steps mentioned in the pinned "Instructions on posting about problems in Opera for Windows" post, before posting this problem, but I couldn't save my settings and ended up seriously messing the browser, when I reset them, so I stopped at that particular step and didn't try anything else. Actually, not only did I not save them, but I also messed my bookmarks (some ancient ones suddenly appeared). Posting the bug as soon as I encounter it from now on, sorry...

If I go to https://www.opera.com/download, expand the Opera section and click on the offline package, then it offers me the .68 build

You can also try download it from https://get.opera.com/ftp/pub/opera/desktop/109.0.5097.68/

If there is no solution, maybe I'll have to uninstall and reinstall the program? I haven't tried that.
