<p dir="auto">I have really strange or weird behavior in my network. Its affected any devices in my network - Windows11 PC, Android Phone, and iPad: I can't open website: <a href="https://auth.opera.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">https://auth.opera.com</a></p>
<p dir="auto"><img src="/assets/uploads/files/1713869398464-4397e8c6-2f94-4c8f-829b-ea2ef6b05625-image.png" alt="4397e8c6-2f94-4c8f-829b-ea2ef6b05625-image.png" class=" img-responsive img-markdown" /></p>
<p dir="auto">On that machine when I switch to another network - eg. will connect thru router on mobile phone, then site will be loaded (reachable):</p>
<p dir="auto"><img src="/assets/uploads/files/1713869430524-d338ba5b-37c1-4724-b408-feb65e2d27aa-image.png" alt="d338ba5b-37c1-4724-b408-feb65e2d27aa-image.png" class=" img-responsive img-markdown" /></p>
<p dir="auto">I did many tests and one of my conclusion and question here is: does Opera have something like Blacklist of IPs or IP Ranges?<br />
For me it look like this because on my father home on completely different machine have the same situation.<br />
Only common thing is - both we have static public IPv4 address in the same subnet.</p>
