Every time the Opera opens up an Open or Save as explorer window it freezes from couple of seconds to sometimes more than half a minute. So every time I want to download a picture or upload something to a websites I am administering. I wasn´t able to find any information about this. I use opera on my Win10 and Linux machines with zero problems. This one is the only Win11 device I own.

I am interacting with web browser the most on this laptop and I didn´t encounter this behavior when using Firefox. Anyway I found out Word and some other 3rd party software had the exact same issue. It seem like an issue with Quick Access. So I purged the Quick Access data and in Explorer settings switched from Quick access to This computer, rebooted and so far it looks ok. Gosh I really hate Windows 11.
