<![CDATA[Opera GX always on top]]>I have my Opera GX always on top and I can't put other applications in front.
I already tried to restart Opera and my PC, but the problem stay.

When Opera is open and I want to use another application, I need to reduce Opera for that. It's there a hide setting active?

It was my MSI Center. A software that MSI uses on my laptop that has an AI capability. There is an option there that is called "Smart Priority" where the AI will give priority to all programs that you put on its list. Opera was one program I placed on that priority so the AI gave all the resources to Opera and made it always "On Top". I solved it by choosing another option called "Real-Time" where the AI will give all resources to the current active program. Now it is fixed. Opera no longer stays always on top. Check your "Control Center". I do not know the name of your software-- maybe NVIDIA Center or something, but that's how I fixed it. There is no option to toggle this in Opera.
