<![CDATA[Same version after the update process]]>Hi, From few versions opera has problem with update.
Download update, process update, ask to restart and after restart still old version.
Start on update page and check update, found new update but no need to download, ask to restert and still old version, and again and again.

Has someone same problem on windows 11 (23h2 - 22631.3296)?
opera one 108.0.5067.29 update to 108.0.5067.40

I've encountered it few times on Mac...
Only workaround is to manually download the installer, fully exit opera (no background processes) and then run it. Once i reinstalls opera, you should be fine for some time.
One time even the installer was failing (even after restart), so I've just wiped opera and ran the installer again. It was painful.

Opera autoaupdate download update, install and ask to restart for update. After restart still version 108.0.5067.40 and information restart for update.

I had the same issue. Try to enter in the folder Opera from your local disk and erase the old versions from it (if the folder with the new version already downloaded).
Then, search the file "update" and execute it.

I just did it and worked; had a 79.0 version before
