<![CDATA[Icon & fonts not loading properly (loads rectangles)]]>hey guys, I'm having problems with Opera GX on windows when it comes to loading website icons and fonts (even this website) ever since the install. I have no idea why and I cant seem to find anyone else with this struggle. Here are some screenshots. How do I solve this? Rectangles are usually a "missing character" symbol, meaning the font you have doesn't support the character trying to be displayed. Often because you don't have the requested font and the one which was substituted lacks these symbols, though if you have an old version of Windows it could be that your system doesn't support that portion of Unicode. (That last is not very likely, though if you have Widows 7 or 8 it might happen.)
