When I open randons sites suddenly the page fades and an ad shows up and the adress bar is added with the #google_vignette.

For instance, I tried to open a site www.idgnow.com and when loading the page it showd an ad in an popup and the adree becomes www.idgnow.com/#google_vignette

I guess its something related to the opera ad blocker by changing some ads from the site with this crap?

I dont know what it is but this behavior occurs from many years ago and now Im going to stop it. If not possible so opera no more.

seriously dude?

Yes.

while using opera with its functions

The site you linked to doesn't load for me at all (doesn't seem to exist). Do you have another example? If so, I can see if I can find a solution that will work for Opera's adblocker.

I would goto the URL
opera://settings/privacyProtection
and disable Opera's adblocking and tracking protection completely. Then, install uBlock Origin for adblocking to see if it takes care of it for you.
