No matter what video do i use, all of them look like this, how can i fix it?

It used this link. You can replace the version in the link with 1 lower to download the previous version for example. Just uninstall the current version before you install the older version.

You can then post your findings on when it regressed if it indeed used to work.

Sorry, but ask Microsoft to support webm format for wallpaper.
