I tried literally all methods suggested in the past - none worked. Is there any confirmed method that work woth current versions of Opera and Chrome?</p>

Then, open the CSV file in a text editor to confirm your passwords are there.</p>
<p dir="auto">Then, in Opera, goto the URL <code>opera://password-manager/settings</code> and click "select file" to import that CSV file.</p>
