Enjoying using opera except for some strange assumptions on Operas part. From a weblink within an email if I click to open in Safari it takes me to the appropriate UK (where I live) site, Fine. The same link clicked to open in Opera takes me to the US site rather than the British.

I have absolutely no idea why..Do you...?????

THANK YOU

At the bottom of the page there is a line that says "Choose region:" then has 5 little flags and a world map - presumably if you click the British flag you can get the UK version. (I didn't see any prices on that page, but I did notice an actual US tool-free phone number there. Clicking the British flag does show me a different phone number.)

As far as why you saw the US page ... do you use Turbo? Turbo uses a proxy, which can result in websites thinking you are somewhere other than your actual location. While I have to doubt they'd route you through a proxy over here, maybe they show the US site for people they think are in Norway. Or else, maybe the "world" site uses US dollars?

The plot thickens. Its not directing me to a different site. There is only a UK site but Opera is displaying prices in dollars rather than pounds. Its a specialist book shop This is the address, www.foliosociety.com/pages/aboutus-welcome

on my macbook safari shows prices in Pounds the same link on opera in dollars. As I say its a UK based site. I don,t know what opera turbo is but this is my version.

Opera 26.0 This is weird I will grant you.
