With the sidebar Tabs button, I can see which tabs are open in my current workspace, another Opera instance, or on other devices, but not other workspaces. If the purpose of the feature is to make tabs easier to find, this seems like a big oversight. Given that it works with tabs in other instances, it needs to work for other Workspaces too.
