If I run it as admin then everything works perfectly. Is this a setting on my computer I need to change in order to allow certain privileges? I just reinstalled Opera yesterday since it was not updating correctly.</p>

Some of the browser's settings, history and cache will be saved as Admin-mode files, meaning your regular account will not be able to edit or delete them.</p>
