Download not working after retrying

I was making a wallpaper for my laptop with vector then I downloaded the vector image and ran it through an SVG to PNG website, I then downloaded the vector to PNG image but the image had the same name as another image so I replaced the other image with the most recent but after downloading it got stuck on 100% and the download status was just an "?", I cancelled and then clicked the retry button but then the download just disappeared and I couldn't download anything else, is there a way to fix and/or a reason to why it happened?

Not sure why it happened, but clear your download history at the URL opera://downloads and in your downloads folder (the one specified at the URL opera://settings/downloads) make sure you don't have any opdownload files. Also look for opdownload files in any folders you save to manually.

You might have to clear "cached images and files" for all time at the URL opera://settings/clearBrowserData. Maybe clear browsing history and download history for all time too.

You might have to delete everything in your downloads folder (or move everything someone else) or temporarily change your downloads folder to a different folder.

You might have to delete everything in "C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\temp" too.

@burnout426 Thanks, I already got the issue fixed by restarting Opera GX but if it happens again I'll try these other methods
