Trying to install latest Opera_107.0.5045.21_Setup_x64.exe on Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise 10.0.19045 N/A Build 19045
I keep getting strange errors: Some files are locked in installation folder.
I don't think they are locked actually, logs are attached..

Then, after the install fails, look in those folders for an installer log file and see what it says.

Opera can't be installed, can't be uninstalled.
A lot of people have same problem.

Manually delete the installation folder before trying to install. Also, delete everything in "C:\Windows\temp" and "C:\Users\Thinker\AppData\Local\temp".

If so, download and run the free Revo uninstaller to uninstall Opera. Be sure to use the option to look for hidden bits and pieces in the Registry, etc. Hopefully it will remove ALL traces of Opera. Then you can try installing the version you want.

If this does not help, simply install a much earlier version of the program, and after installing, enable automatic updating in Opera settings.
