<![CDATA[No Toolbar options]]>Over and over I find Opera pages saying how to Customize toolbars but on 26 I do not see a single option to do so. No dialog box pops up when I right click on empty grey area on URL bar. Nothing Opera Menu or Settings stating "Toolbar" Anyone know why this is?

Unfortunately most of the online documentation is still for Opera versions before 15, the latest of which is 12.17 (there was no desktop version 13 or 14).
