I need a browser that includes VPN and will also refuse to make requests when the VPN is not connected (eg. VPN subscription payment failed, VPN connection issues, etc).

Is this the default behavior in Opera if the user has turned on VPN (I simply don't know how to test it), or is this possible to enforce with Opera VPN via a setting, add on, or otherwise?

So, when you activate Opera's VPN, it encrypts your internet traffic and routes it through one of its servers in the selected region. Please correct me, if I'm wrong.
