I have Opera installed on my desktop running Windows 10 and have sync set up on it for Bookmarks, History and Settings.
The other device with sync is an Amazon Fire tablet using Opera for mobile and when sync is connected everything works well and the required data is shown immediately.
The problem I have is that the sync on the Opera on the desktop computer keeps going off spontaneously from time to time without any obvious reason - except that it possibly may be related to when the monitor display has been in sleep mode but not necessarily when I have signed out of the browser. Sync on the tablet always stays on.
I can get it to connect again simply by clicking on my account icon in the address bar and then clicking on the box which relates to "synchronisation" - don't have to log in again or do anything else.
This is OK but there is nothing showing on the browser window to indicate that the sync has gone off on it's own and I just have to keep checking it when I remember.
Is this something I have done wrong and if so, can I correct it?
Thanks,
Daddybear.
