Drop too early though and now you have a single tab in a new maximized window which was definitely not the intention. Allowing users to drag tabs to anywhere in the tab bar allows for easier workflows and faster actions leading to a cleaner feeling user experience. It also follows the usability seen across the other big browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, and Edge with OperaGX being the outlier and not in a great way for it's users.</p>
