This Site Cannot be Reached

I got a new windows 11 Pro computer a week ago. Downloaded the latest Opera and proceeded to do what I needed to do.
It started giving me those "This site cannot be reached" messages and now every site I try to get to I get that message. I can't even get to google to download chrome. I've ran the troubleshooter 2 or 3 times to no avail. I've followed other instructions but nothing seems to work. It talks about a Proxy server but I don't know what that is. Any help would be awesome. Thank you. Sorry if I posted this in the wrong place.

Do a test. At the URL opera://settings/system, turn on DNS over HTTPS to test if that helps. If it does, it means you have a DNS issue with your ISP or your router/network.

@burnout426 Thank you so much. Sorry I'm late replying but - priorities right? I asked a friend of mine to help and he read your reply and fixed it so it seems to be running perfectly now. Thanks again.
