Issue: GX Lights for Razer Chroma not working

Tried Fixes: Repairing and re-installing opera, Repairing and re-installing razer synapse, Restarting PC many times
Built-in Adblocker Status: off
Built-in VPN Status: off
GX Limiter Statuses: off
Additional Information (if any): Keyboard is the Razer Ornata Chroma, When opera is launched- my keyboard changes from the animation I have set through razer synapse- to "opera's" chroma settings. Which should be animated- however is just a static red color that doesnt change. When I close opera, it goes back to my default razer chroma animations set through razer synapse.
From the looks of it after a bit of reading up on others with the GX Lights issue, It seems like the "Theme" seems to be completely overriding the Animation feature on the keyboard, as changing the theme- would then change the color of the keyboard to the corresponding color of the opera theme.
The Music visualizer also seems to work, just not the animations
When attempting to test the individual animations here. It doesnt trigger any response to the lighting on the keyboard, and it just stays on its static color, corresponding to the opera theme.
