I would like a toggle hover to open feature in the sidebar.

• Use of this will allow fewer clicks and quicker routes to access links.
• A similar feature is already in the browser. When tabs are grouped and condensed, you can hover to view all the tabs.
• Eg. I open the sidebar, I hover the mouse over bookmarks (and it shows bookmarks without clicking), and then I hover the mouse over folders in the bookmarks (which causes it to open), and then I can click the bookmark link.
