A random red outline appears on images on random websites, and I can't seem to find what's the source of it. My main solution to it was just to wipe Opera GX so that everything would be gone, and then it would be back to normal. Only problem is that it keeps reappearing, and I don't feel like having to keep on wiping Opera just to get rid of this annoying red outline. Does anyone have this issue?</p>
