<![CDATA[Start Page : show Speed Dials from bottom-up]]>Opera is great having ability for all the toolbars to be at the bottom however, Speed Dials also appearing from bottom first and adding on upwards would be great (or drag and drop placement would be ultimate) instead of the default top-down.

Thanks for a great browser. It has the most perfect locked bottom toolbar and it would be stunning if speed dials could be bottom-up too.
