<![CDATA[Opera always starting up at pc boot even if option is turned off]]>OperaGX keeps starting up when I boot up my pc.
I've already disabled the "Run when my computer" starts setting and I've already disabled it at "Startup-Apps".

It always launches to the following site: "https://--no-startup-window%20--win-session-start" and it's very annoying.
It also always opens after I close another browser. This bug only started occurring after updating to the latest update.
