I always get 'Did you mean https://server01/login.com'. No, I didn't.
What should the link look like?

I cannot connect to ESX with IP address and also not with .something. However, the password manager accepts your suggestions.

Or, it can be https://ipaddress/login. Don't know if you can do something like https://server01.local/login or not. Try setting up a form on the server in question with a username and password field. Then, try submitting a username and password and see if Opera asks to save it. If so, look in the password manager to see how the URL is formatted exactly.
