Everytime I launch opera it completely freezes for 10 ish seconds, after that it works fine i can open as many tabs as i want or open completely new windows and it'll be fine. I started having this issue about a week ago, have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and turned off all the mods that i have, i also went to opera help and did the recovery option but nothing works
