I recently got a new computer, and I want to sync the data between the 2 computers. Using the same email, is there any way to do this?

Opera syncs bookmarks and speed dials separately, e.g. you can reach any other device's bookmarks from the device that you're actually logged in. But they are kept separate from one another, meaning when you change your bookmarks on one device they're not changed on them.
In the case you describe, I'd open bookmarks and go to menu "other speed dials". (marked with a red circle) There'll you see the old device with its bookmarks and speed dials. In case you're not using the old one any longer, just mark all the speed dials and cut them, after that paste them into the speed dial of your present device (marked with the green arrow). (If you still want to use the old one, just copy (not cut!) and paste!)
And voila, there you'll have them. Hope that helps.
