<![CDATA[Option to flash taskbar icon on desktop notifications]]>I would like to request option to flash a taskbar icon for desktop notifications - preferably being able to choose notifications from which sites would cause the taskbar icon to blink.

The reason is that I am using a web based chat application and often I miss the notification popup. The page changes its tab icon in that case, but that is the only (and quite small) indicator of new messages.

What I would like is to be able to enable flashing the browser taskbar icon.

I am using Windows 8.1, but I suppose this feature can be implemented for all platforms.
