<p dir="auto">Goto the URL <code>opera://flags/#sidebar-site-panel</code>, enable the flag, restart Opera, click the 3 dots at the bottom of the sidebar, scroll down to Custom Site Panels and add <code>https://web.skype.com/</code>.</p>
<p dir="auto">Before opening the panel, goto <a href="https://web.skype.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">https://web.skype.com/</a> in a tab and log in. Then, you can close the tab and switch to the panel (and click the reload button on the panel if needed).</p>
