<![CDATA[[Duplicated]Black frames in Opera]]>Hello!
I have the same problem with Opera.
I noted this problem in the screenshot, these are thick black frames around Opera windows.
Reinstalling Windows didn't help. Replacing the video card didn't help either.
Has anyone encountered this and been able to solve the problem?
