I'm always seeing a notification. I recently downloaded opera again and thought "why did I uninstall this app? It's so good" then I got that stupid notification badge (red circle with a number on the homescreen icon) and it won't go away. I closed all tabs, turned off news feed, restarted the app.. still there. I removed it from the home screen and re-added it... still there. This is why I uninstalled last time, and I will now uninstall it again.
