Probably due to breaking changes in Chromium.</p>

<p dir="auto">In both Chrome and Opera, goto the URL <code>chrome://password-manager/settings</code>. In Chrome, click "Download file" to export your passwords to a CSV file. In Opera, click "Select file" and point it to the CSV file to import your passwords.</p>
