<![CDATA[My Newest Opera Update can't resize smaller than 400px]]>Hi, I am Diaz and I just updated my Opera to version 103.0.4928.47 but I notice some confusing new feature, or it might be bugs (?). So, as a web developer I always using Opera in its minimum window width (~400px) to test my design responsiveness without the hassle of opening the dev tools. But after the newest update, the window minimum size is too wide now.

what should I do to change it? Or any extension recommendations?
