After a few trial-and-error attempts, I discovered Opera GX si trying to download a mod file every time I start Opera. Whenever I open Opera, the green loading progress on the icon appears just to quickly turn red.

My network has some blocked sites that I can't bypass or remove, and I believe this could be the main reason for the download not finishing.

What have I tried?

• Turning off mods
• Creating a new profile directory by deleting its folder so Opera could create a new one (Saw a reccomendation and followed this FAQ)

What I want
Can I disable this download somehow? Maybe all of the mods section somehow.
