Pros:
Make it’s easier on the user to not have to remove websites all the time which they may find not willing to share with an accidental spectator over their shoulder

Allows for more options for advertising as it would fit the “modern” brand image as the application for this feature is pretty obvious (removing 18+ sites)

Useful feature which shouldn’t be too difficult to implement as it’s adding a logic gate of [check if website is in disabled websites list before adding to top websites list] to existing code in comparison to a completely new feature.
