<![CDATA[Delete browsing history takes an extremely long time]]>Since version 103.0.4928.16 (32bit), deleting the browsing history takes several minutes, even if you have only visited one page and the entire history was previously deleted.
I did not have these problems with version 102.0.4880.78 (32-bit) or any version before.

Developers please fix this, thx.

I have found a solution to my problem:
In the Opera installation directory there is in the folder
"Profile" => "Data" a file called "History".

Make a copy of the file "History" (backup) and open
the original file "History" with an editor.
Delete everything in this file and save it, so that you now have an empty file.

Now just start Opera and test it.

For me the browsing history is now normal fast again.
I mean it is even faster than before.

I wonder that the file "History" contains entries and surfing traces, although you have deleted the history (everything) (?)

Weird. Checked it again now - works fine, allows instant non-lag deletion even of Search results as well. I'm happy it is finally fixed, but it's beyond weird that it seemingly just "chose another victim", lol.

I had this problem until the latest update. So there must be something system-related that causes it.
