<p dir="auto">I went to Twitch, signed in, and it worked.</p>
<p dir="auto">But, I also cleared my cookies for Twitch a few days ago, so you might still need to do that later when the update rolls out for Germany.</p>

E.g. I can log into Amazon cloud reader, when I go to <a href="http://read.amazon.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">read.amazon.com</a>. But if I try to do the same on the German site (<a href="http://lesen.amazon.de" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">lesen.amazon.de</a>), it tells me: your browser isn’t supported.<br />
The reason will be, that Opera is transmitting its own user string, which Vivaldi or Brave don‘t. Actually they have given by because of sites working like that. So they might not run into such fallacies. But they are not counted by any statistics therefore. I guess, that‘s the reason, why Opera doesn’t hide itself and don’t give up on using the OPRA string.</p>

<p dir="auto">There is no evidence supporting that Twitch is intentionally blocking Opera.</p>
<p dir="auto">Just that some code is misswired somewhere and it doesn't work. This happened before several years ago.</p>
<p dir="auto">Opera even uses Chromium. Twitch is not out to get Opera. You're making it seem like they're intentionally doing this to hurt Opera users.</p>

Basically they say they only support the browsers listed on this page, which gives them the "moral" right to tell you to duck off if you contact support with questions about other browsers.<br />
