I have a copy of Opera standalone installed in my WIndow 7 for years.

Is it possible that I could just copy & paste the OPERA FOLDER into 1 of my USB thrumb drive so that I can use it when carrying around with me ?

Copy Operas program folder (!) to the USB.
And you can start it from there.
