I cannot get on the internet with it now because the Chrome browser won't work.<br />
Can I download opera to a thumb drive with another computer and then install it on the laptop that has xp?</p>

<p dir="auto">Yes. Download <a href="https://www.opera.com/download#opera-36" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">the Opera 36 installer</a> to a thumb drive and run the installer on WinXP. As said though, even when doing that, a lot of sites might not load due to WinXP's networking (and Opera 36 itself) lacking certain security protocol versions and encryption methods that sites now require.</p>
