I clicked the icon and I got redirected to a very fishy russian url, closed the tab immediately but I am afraid my browser may got infected, scanned the system with Norton 360, Power Eraser and other anty-malware software, it didnt detect anything, removed the addon, cleaned browser cache etc.

Can anyone confirm that there is nothing to worry about?
