In summary, when I turn on the notebook, and I open the browser, only the first window opens with the home page that I chose (in case it is Google), then when I open a second and a third window it no longer opens with the home page, but with the quick access one, I don't know if it's a bug or something, who can advise me in that case?, thanks

Opera doesn't have a way to set a home page, you can only set a page or some pages to open automatically when Opera starts and this is what happens.
