I have looked all over the net for a way to synchronize but have not been able to find it.
Since I can't find it in this forum in the past, does that mean "there is no way to do that"?

Yeah, no. It's not a workaround, it's a fallback solution at most.

The only sync mechanism is to use Flow, which has limited use and a lot of people, but not everyone seem to be having trouble getting this to connect properly in Opera One (me included).

The bottom line is that flow is the only syncing option. I think there are plenty of threads which show frustration with this.
