Viewable tab bar while in fullscreen mode

My suggestion is that when you move your mouse to the top of the screen, the tab bar (and the bookmarks bar) would appear. This would be useful, as I do not enjoy having to exit fullscreen mode when opening another tab. I know you can also use Ctrl + Tab to navigate through the tabs, but I like seeing the tab bar.

Yandex has this feature. I've just started using Opera GX this week and the fact that I can't do this is kind of a bummer.
