<![CDATA[Red Highlighting/ boxes all over sites]]>This is an extremely annoying issue that popped up today. I'm getting these red highlight borders in several different sites.

I do not remember intentionally changing any developer option, I have no idea what might have caused this.

According to the update function I am "LVL 5 (core: 100.0.4815.82)", the latest at the time.
