This started when I capped the amount of cores and ram opera gx takes up after this a few windows and drivers updates happened, the opera just took forever to boot up when I booted up my system, when it's loaded it works as normal but it takes too long to load (5-10 mins) it's only opera gx that's doing this other web browsers like chrome and edge work fine and boot quickly. A few steps I tried to fix this issue was by reinstalling gx, disabling the caps, putting my entire c drive on the Windows defender exclusion list and downright disabling windows defender before booting up gx. None of these solutions fixed my problem. Any help is much appreciated.
