<![CDATA[Opera 19 - Tab Bar placement]]>I searched via several different terms, but was unable to locate an answer to this question; apologies it I overlooked it.

Quite simply, is there a way to move the menu/tab bar to the bottom, as was an option in Opera 12.xx? I have looked through all available options, flags, and extensions, but have been unable to locate anything that would see to affect this.
