Go to opera://flags, search for "scrollable", find the one for scrolling tabs, enable it, click the "relaunch" button.

I keep A LOT of tabs open to refer back to. Now they're all smashed together totally unusable. Now I have to wait months for something they broke to get unbroken?

Opera automatically updated itself from Opera to Opera One. I need to roll back to Opera. That worked.

Now it's a matter of time for it to reach stable channel.
